Shipping Zones: We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
Delivery Timeframe: All of our furniture is custom made just for you! Once an order is placed, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location and carrier delays.
Shipping Costs: Free Shipping on All Orders: At Overlay Olivier, we are delighted to offer free shipping on every item in our collection as a thank you for choosing us for your furniture needs. We believe that the experience of enhancing your space with our custom-made furniture should be as effortless and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we handle all shipping costs, so you can focus on the excitement of welcoming new, beautifully crafted pieces into your home without worrying about extra fees.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival time.
Delivery Process: Our standard delivery method is curbside delivery. This means that your furniture will be delivered to the curb or driveway of your specified address. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery and assist with moving the items into your home.
White Glove Delivery: For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery service, where our delivery team will bring the furniture into your home, unpack it, assemble it if necessary, and remove any packaging materials. One of our trusted members will contact you to discuss the best delivery timeframe that will work for you.
Delivery Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and furniture for any damages or defects. If any issues are found, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to report the problem and arrange for a resolution.
